How do I list my videos in the Downloads category?

You are only allowed to add and edit downloads in your own category. Every video you add must have previously been uploaded using the "Upload your Videos" link in your User Menu as the upload option in the Downloads section is rather buggy and does not allow uploads larger than 2MB.
